Hey Sparkpeople Family,
I am happy to annouce that I worked out for 30 minutes today + a five minute cool down. It was hard work but I enjoyed it very much so. I tried by working out doing the Zumba Fitness game but my physical therapist told me that is to much for my leg after the menisectomy repair. When I asked her about the Gazelle she said that would be perfect. No weight bearing and I could workout for 10 minutes to start off. But I worked out for 30 minutes because at 10 minutes I felt that I contiue further and I did of course. Before I knew it the workout was over. I will start again tomorrow. Love you family take care.
