I have started trying to incorporate the stairs at work on a daily I took the stairs from the 2nd to the 6th floor (where I work) and then later from ground to the 6th floor. I start to peter out @ about the 4th floor but just kept pushing!

    Thanks for the support! I have slacked off a little bit..but actually did the stairs UP yesterday and kept going! I did slow down a little bit between the 5th and 6th floors but did not have to stop for a breather! Although, it was not easy either!
