I am going to focus on small goals and not beating myself up if I do not get them.
1. Controlling portions and what foods I am eating this week. My IBS has been triggered bad this last two weeks and some foods trigger it worse. I have noticed my portions are good, it just munchies that get me. Also recording my nutrition as much as I can to make sure I am where I need to be.
2. Controlling meds. I am finding alternative to my pain management to stay off the meds because again it feels like they are aggravating my IBS.
3. Do at least 15 min of exercise daily. Doing more as I have time and feel good. Every movement counts.
4. Keeping up with this list. I am going to use this blog to keep track as I hate keeping lists around. I am more of getting it done when needed.
