I think maybe I'll start illustrating my titles for you all. It's fun.
Things are good. My eating is going well. I'm posting a few pictures of things I've eaten recently soon, so check those out. I just decided I need to up my omega-3's because my husband doesn't eat fish, so I'm adding a few new things. I bought canned salmon and made homemade curry mayo to mix it with. I bought whole flaxseed to add to my salads and also made homemade sunflower seed butter and added the flax to that. I also bought raw walnuts which I soaked and dehydrated to add to my yogurt and fruit. That should do it, because I'm bound to eat 1-2 of these a day.
Today is an "off" exercise day. I did yoga this morning, and other than that I'm just doing small spurts of push-ups and crunches for some challenges I'm in. No weights, no running. It's good, my legs ACHED yesterday, so they like taking a break.
I have actually done some grading today! Lots more to go, however. I need to actually wake up early tomorrow and get back on schedule since spring break is nearly over. The husband has to go to work at 7am tomorrow anyway, so it should be east enough to get up and move.
Okay, time to finish my afternoon snack (yogurt, peanut butter, and berries and cut veggies with chopped liver dip) and do more work. I have another blog post to put together, someone's Disney vacation to plan, and so many papers to grade!
