Well I am a little over two weeks of being completly dedicated to this diet and I am excited. I have not been disallowing myself any treats but staying under my 1500 calorie count. I have lost avg of 2lbs each week, counting this 3rd week that I will not record until Sunday.
I feel much better even though the weight is not coming off. I have been doing my 740 minutes in exercise/cardio each week and walking 5 miles per week. I walked a mile today at lunch, I still have trouble doing much more than a mile, my legs feel like jello. My goal is to be doing a 3 mile stretch by the end of April which I think can be accomplished.
I am in my last semester of school before I receive my bachelors degree
so I am having a hard time between work, school, home and kids finding the time to exercise but I am determined.
I am going today to join a Gym, some student for the college I work for are joining with me. This will be fun, me being a 45 year old woman joining a gym with young adults, maybe they will motivate me.
