I am so sore. When it rains, which thankfully is not often, my aches and pains act up and I am miserable. I am not loosing more weight which would also help.
Hubby and I sit and watch TV and he brings food into the TV room and I eat it too.
I am so unhappy with myself because I have cut down on my walking and am not even allowing myself credit for the short, never in the aerobic level, walks I take.
I am so exhausted in the afternoons, I do not walk.
I am so busy getting things ready in the mornings, I do not walk.
All I have to do is walk one hour a day and I will loose, even if I do not change my food.
What am I thinking? I have been in pain but that is no excuse. It will get better if I loose.

It is time to change. I have done it and I have maintained but I need to move down. My fear is as I loose my skin gets rally saggy and I look years older.
My face, which used to have few wrinkles is now saggy an wrinkled.
I am using face creams and sun screen but the damage has already been done.
So I am going to report every day if I walked or not...
One hour 4x a week and 30 minutes the other three.
I have an exercise bike, a treadmill and elliptical. If I cannot walk I spend the time on one of them. Understand?
