I've read that if you do something 4 days in a row it quickly becomes something you DO over something you want to do. I'm not certain why, we just seem to be able to change our routines quicker if we can do something four total days in a row first. It becomes that much easier to do it after that. And of course, after 21 days, it is supposed to be a new habit we cannot live without.
I focus on getting to that 1st 4 days and then the 21 days. After that, I'll have built in walking 15 minutes daily easily. So much so it is supposed to feel abnormal NOT to. I can go for that!
