day three of no wheat

Well this morning is day three of no wheat and will be my biggest challenge day to not graze. I am at work and that is always a issu. sitting at the desk 50% of the day causes em to want to eat. my Wheat intake is now at ZERO! I have upped the protein and water intake. IN two days my joint pain has diminished tremendously. My energy is up. I am still getting the occasional glycemic drop. I am a little worried about that but will keep plugging along and take a nap this afternoon if needed. I am excited to look similar to my old self back when I was 28. yes it was a long time ago but I know I can stay focused and accomplish it. I wasa 2 loave a bread eater and pasta 3 nights a week. oh that would be 1.5 lbs of pasta I would consume. PURE comfort food.
