FOOD COMBINATIONS CAN EFFECT ABILITY TO LOSE WEIGHT

I tried eating different just a bit during break between Winter & Spring Challenge.

I thought I was eating healthier and was feeling great, but was gaining weight. A lot

of weight.

I decided to eat like I was before and started losing again, quickly. Now I had to

out, WHAT HAPPENED?

I was getting worried, I was getting quiet, I was pulling away from posting my weights. I knew I had a problem.

I started searching through my notebooks, and pieces of paper that I wrote things on when I took notes when reading. WELL I found something that struck an interest: FOOD COMBINATIONS

Notes I had:

Wrong food Combinations

grain & sugar (oatmeal w/sugar? w fruit?mmmm)

starch + fat +sugar (cream of rice w/butter & sugar? or peanut butter & honey?)

nuts + grains (almonds & oatmeal or oatbran & walnut pieces?)

carbohydrates + alcohol (spaghetti dinner w glass of red wine?)

milk +meat (a meal followed with a glass of milk??)

protein + starch (beef, baked potato, corn?? tuna macaroni salad??)

protein + fruit (nuts & fruit together??)

starch + fruit (grapefruit followed by hashbrowns??)

Sounds like there is nothing left to eat RIGHT?

MY MISTAKE DURING BREAK, having smoothies with wrong combinations several times a day, thinking raw veggies, raw fruit, nuts, seeds, grain . Tasted
great.

protein and veggies good together

starch and veggies good together

milk alone

will continue later

fruit alone
