TRYIN TO KEEP EXERCISING AT THE Y.
STARTED RIDING MY BIKE ALSO.
I STILL HAVEN'T LOST ANY WEIGHT BUT STILL PLUGGIN AWAY.

    I get concerned when you go missing in action. We all care more about your heart than about the weight #s so just keep exercising which is good for you and your grief.

    Spring is coming - make a point to look for new flowers, plants, trees budding and even little critters on your bike riding, going to and from the Y etc. Look up and let the sun shine in on your eyes and heart. Big hugs from Washington.
