day 4 fitness/ day 5 transition

45 min zumba- done!
I made almost 2L of green juice for breakfast
then salad with tomato+basil+ zucchini sauce leftover from yesterday
then salad with more zucchini+basil sauce ( this is soooo good!)
and that was it .. I stayed full and happy, actually added some mushrooms to the last sauce and I haven't had any mushrooms in 3 months, really missed them, so this was super good.
I also went ahead and ordered Jillian Michaels Body Revolution.. I know.. I know .. but I am so going to RAWk it! I will cry, puke and wine, but I will complete it! Very excited about this.. till it arrives I will continue with zumba and other DVDs.. I can't believe I did 4 wokrouts this week and loved it.. forget that .. you should have seen my eyes when I saw that I lost 100lbs .. I was like: I DID WHAT? It's still sinking in .. I realize that I came far, but I haven't reached my goal yet, so this is still perfection in progress.. lol
