Well tomorrow i will be starting another challenge using herbalife so i will officially start friday. I need to do it this time. i am trying to make it a goal of checking in each day and posting a blog about it and i hope it will help me out. Today was such beautiful weather it makes you feel hopeful and joyous. I want to lose weight for good. Im sick of my knees and feet always hurting not to mention my back locking up every morning so i have a hard time getting my socks on. It sucks i am 33 and physically i dont feel like it.

    You sound a lot like I used to. I was in my mid-thirties when I was in my worst shape. My feet & ankles always hurt. I couldn't squat down to get something out of a lower kitchen cabinet. I honestly wondered when I would be needing a wheel chair to get around in Wal-Mart. I'm not telling you this to make you feel bad or anything like that. I'm telling you this so you KNOW there's hope. I swear, if I could do it, with diabetes and crohns disease along with everything else, you can do it. It might not be overnight. It might be a struggle to get started. But it's WORTH IT! As you increase muscle tone, you'll burn more calories naturally because your metabolism will be increased. And as your cardio level increases, you'll feel like you can do more and push yourself harder. Just find a workout you like to do and embrace it as your own! Rock that workout!

    you are starting, that is what counts! Good luck, one day at a time, setbacks are just that and need to be learned from and left on the past.

    Good luck! I try to blog every day, too, but life gets in the way. One of these times it has to stick, right? :)
