    I am so thrown that I missed this vlog. I was going through at the time you posted and was not on SP that much. I am so glad you're back on though and doing another round. I'm at day 10, 11 or 12 on P2. I'm sure you're about to finish up P2.

Good to see you, and thanks! Yes, that was just an example of what I eat now. It's funny though I hadn't realized that it was purely green. I do love green veggies though. When I was a kid I HATED all veggies except broccoli or cauliflower with cheese sauce. haha

It's so funny that I enjoy many different ones now. I LOVE LOVE LOVE heirloom tomatoes and can't WAIT until they're "back" (especially Cherokee Purple- which is really funny because I'm part Cherokee) I also love zucchini- grilled, or sauteed and I make a zucchini bread that can't stay around long enough to be frozen haha. I also love butternut squash, eggplant, daikon radishes, . . . though I DON'T enjoy corn, beets, okra, or brussel sprouts. (still) At times I like to add sauteed mushrooms, and sliced olives to my omelets or salads and top with sunflower seeds or sliced almonds. I was just mentioning some of what I'd had in the last few days. emoticon

That's a really good idea about the weight loss groups. I guess I hadn't ever thought that I'd be welcome anymore - or saw it as I wouldn't "belong" then. Thanks for the suggestion, it could really make a difference . . . and I'd like to think that I would be helpful to other people along their journey.

I saw your post about preparing for a 5K one day. Good for YOU! I have done a couple (you may remember the last one was the Race for the Cure) I do plan on doing that again this year . . . but who knows, maybe I'll add another one. I don't know if I can get up the courage to do a 10K . . . but the concept is starting to seem "romantic" haha

    Good job starting over, Natalia! May I make a suggestion? Instead of leaving a weight loss group once you've attained goal weight, why not stick with it? You'll be an example to others, and it will give you accountability and stability. Labels don't need to matter. And so what if you start losing more than you "wanted". That will give you room for the Doritos Taco you're craving. Also, I hope your list of veggies was just a sampling. They were mostly green. One day for me, of veggies, would be fresh spinach salad with cukes, onions and tomatoes, and dinner would be broiled beets, zucchini and yellow squash. The rainbow! Just ideas, but keep on going forward.
