Here are my goals for the Spring 2012 5% Challenge
1) Follow Dukan Diet (no, I mean REALLY follow the diet -- not the halfway I've been doing it!)
2) Do some form of exercise for at least an hour a day: running, walking, dancing
3) Work harder at eating only while sitting down.
4) Abstain from carb binges
5) Journal and/or blog daily about my emotions and progress
6) Daily readings and prayer time with my husband
Current Weight: 149 pounds
Target Weight: 142.5 pounds
Weight loss goal: 7.5 pounds
By When: May 12, 2012
This is my third challenge (I think) and each time I have failed to give it all I've got. May this time be different!
