Why wait til the first day of Spring

Spring is officially right around the corner, but why wait. I joined a team to learn to control my sugar urges. I took a little survey that said I have my sugar urges under control. I HAVE learned a lot from my dietican provided by my insurance company. I have followed my drs. advice and my numbers are looking great on the blood tests. BUT, I know that I still just cave in from time to time. I often have a kitkat and just figure it in the daily totals. But, I want to replace that habit with more nutritious food. I love everything so I know I can do better. Doing this group should make me more aware of my urges and habits. One more step forward. So today is the day I begin, not LATER...

    The team support makes such a difference. Hope this is one is just what's needed to control the sugar urges. I like to have ONE Baskin Robbins or Werthers sugar-free hard candy when I want sweets. I also find that one piece of ultra-dark chocolate satisfies me.
