I didn't want to say I am back, since I said that last time, and then stopped again. So this time I am on day 6 of working out again. Right now I am doing Wii Your Shape, and really liking it. I swear I sweat as much as i did running for 45 min, in 30 min. It feels good to do something again though (can't believe I am saying that, but it does)
It puts me in a better mood, or I think it does (of course it could also be the change in weather since the sun is shinning that has put me in a better mood or both.. right) but i find when i exercise i do other things too, like keep my house cleaner. It also makes me want to do more.
So now I am off to see what else I can do.
