Current Weight: 127.6
With 16 weeks left until summer, I can lose at least 10 pounds on the scale and finally get out of my 120s! I have been maintaining my weight between 124-126 pounds for about a year and have been in my 120s for 2 years!! I went up to 127.6 this week and I had enough of seeing 120s on my scale.
Goals by the end of the month:
Seems doable. I think I won't be cutting too many calories... I don't want to suddenly just eat 1200 calories. I still will be zig zagging my daily caloric intake... and increasing my workouts.
Here's my workout plan:
Mon, Wed, Fri- 55 mins of No More Trouble Zones by Jillian Micheals and at least 20 mins of cardio
Tues and Thurs- 20-30 mins of cardio on my Orbitrek.
I will be doing this workout plan for 4-5 weeks then change it up to avoid hitting a plateau. I will also try to do more outdoor activities for additional workouts.
