I never realized how much we actually overeat until I started researching serving sizes. I've got my hubby on board with me and he was shocked as well on just how much servings are for each food. I've also learned CARBS are my weakness, pasta, bread, potatoes etc and that's the hardest part of this all is downsizing the carbs but I know it's for the best. So tonight we start walking I've been sick this week still not feeling much better but I need to get on track my goal is 7 miles per week to start with eventually i'll be up to 3-5 miles of walking a day but with my arthritis I've got to start slow.
