Day 8 & 9

Day 8 - Exhausted. I'm sure it's my cycle added with Tucker up 8 times night, but exhaustion has set in. I did go to spinning class, but it was harder than normal. I also broke down and drank 2 pops hoping the caffeine would give me a boost, but no such luck. I also ate a little more protein than I should have.

Day 9 - Just starting out. Did my measurements today I actually bought a tape last night since mine has been missing in action. My last measurements were in September I think and I thought I would see a lot of inches gone, but I only lost like an inch on the waist, 1/2 inch on the hips and 1/2 inch on the calf. I'm more than disappointed. I was feeling that things were shrinking, but I was mistaken. The scale is going down right now and I guess that I should focus on that positive. Well I've got a million things to do before waking the little ones for school. Hoping to make day 9 positive!

    Hang in there - the inch loss will show up. Hope Day 10 is a great day:)
