So, today was nice out and I didn't have work. I decided to go for a run. I looked on the fitness map tool and apparently there's a park not too far from me. So I decided to run to the park, around it and back (giant loop). I came back and mapped my route and it turns out that I ran 1.05 miles without stopping!! Well, except for when I stopped for a second to jump a gate. It's mostly exciting because I always assumed I couldn't run a mile straight, but I've never tracked/mapped it before. Few minutes walking to warm up, then ran until I couldn't anymore. Walked for probably about a minute, ran some more, and the walked a few minutes for a cool down. Total, 1.31 miles running, .38 miles walking in 16 minutes. Yay! K, just wanted to share. Also, makes getting my water intake much easier.
