This is the last week of my P57 challenge, and I am still LOVING this workout. I think next month I am going to do a P57, Insanity, Body Rock mash up. I like the intensity of the HIIT intervals, but I love the toning affects of barre workouts.
(did the breakin' a sweat work out 22:45, elevated pushup killed me)
I have to admit I am somewhat frustrated with my body right now. I seem to be stuck at a MAJOR plateau. I know I have the work out part down so logically the only thing that I need to fix is my diet. I must be in denial about my diet because I really thought I was pretty health eater but like I said my body doesn't lie and this plateau is a clear red flag that I am doing something wrong. I'm frustrated because I can see my body changing I can see lines forming but it's stuck under this layer of fat that I just can't get rid of!
I ran across another sparker's page awhile ago talking about the Tone It Up program. It is ran by these two girls who are pretty awesome that give out diet and exercise tips, they have this whole fantastic community of follower that just adore them, and honestly the more I tune in the more I adore them also. They pretty much give you everything for free but they do have the "Tone It Up Diet Plan" that they sell for a one time price of $150 which they say is the same as a single training session with one of them. The reason I say one time payment is because they are constantly giving you updates to the program and this is for life.
I'm not going to lie I'm pretty intrigued by this diet plan because like I said before I'm not doing too hot on the diet aspect of this weight loss journey. There are normal people out there that have had phenomenal results with this plan, I think it is pretty much introducing you to clean raw eating. The $150 is a pretty heavy price but I guess if I were to look at the money I have spent in the past on workouts and so on it's not a lot. If anyone is interested they have a great facebook community with a lot of motivating stories!
