This morning I took the time to give myself a pep talk after my workout. It really helped me stay on track with eating today, surprisingly so. I had not done that in a while, at least not done as well as today. Try it and might help you out there too! I just told myself I was worth it, and it was up to me, and I was capable of making the hard decisions. I am very happy that I did.
