Loooong Winter

Thank goodness for Spring! The Winter..... and fall.... and late summer :/ have not been kind to my waistline. I feel like I've been in hibernation mode. This year has been especially bad since I have paid absolutely no attention to my weight what so ever. I blame it all on Love! Being in a happy, healthy relationship is not the culprit, but all those dates, indulging in delicious meals, late nights and even later mornings ;D I have been neglecting my health for a while and it's time to nip it..... and nip it good!
Stopped drinking soda! Actually did it. I can't even remember when I stopped exactly. Last month sometime, but I also stopped with candy, chocolate and sugar all together (mostly) . I've lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. Which is much faster than I expected and makes me worry that I have a medical problem to be concerned about. I will keep an eye out for anymore symptoms, but for now lets CELEBRATE! I've been walking, riding this new schwinn stationary bike (thanks craigslist) and I feel more energetic. So this week I'll thank Spring for my spike in energy. It really was the boost I needed to shake off all that Winter dust.
