So I am very proud of myself. I did not eat anything I wasn't supposed to yesterday! And I am shooting for that again today :). I complete week 1 of my rookie running program yesterday as well and was able to complete 1.75 mile in just over 20 mins!! I was in quite a bit of chest pain because of my asthma though :( so I am unsure if I am going to go on to week 2 or stay at week 1. Or if I need to slow down on my jogging parts. I think I am going to try to do week 2 day 1 tomorrow at a slower jogging pace to see how I feel. If it is to much i will probably go back to week 1. I just want to stick to this i dont want to get too discouraged because I have a tendency to quite when things get hard especially because of my asthma :( then i feel like i can never do it but I want to prove to myself that I CAN!!!
