Checking in

Tuesday, March 13, 2012

So, the place at the lake is amazing! It s so nice to get away from the daily routine & do something different. Last Saturday, though it was just 35 degrees, DH & I planted 2 trees (a spruce & a ponderosa pine), and repaired the old fence as well as moving the driveway entrance. I used muscles that I didn't even know that I had! It was cold & sleeting off & on, but I felt excilerated! We were also stiff & sore the next mornng, but didn't even care because the new trees look so great.

I have been checking into SP 3 or 4 times a week - I can't imagine not being here! I feel like this is a better way for me - less time on line means more time to move my big behind!

Today, I have to gather everything for our accountant to get our taxes done & do some house work. After that, I will be outside. It is supposed to reach the mid- 70's today and I'd hate to miss it!

I love that line - less time on line means more time to move my big behind. I am "borrowing" it for myself. emoticon

I think I'm ready to move in with you two guys. It sounds wonderful there.

I need to get on with my taxes too. I have put them off long enough.

    I'm so happy you're happy!

Post a picture of the trees if you're able some future time. This summer maybe.

Sounds wonderful! Enjoy all your activities, and Spark with us when you can fit it in.

It snowed overnight here too emoticon --Dang. Those mid-70s on Kauai are far away now! *sigh* emoticon I'll be sure to wear a warm muffler, hat & gloves when I take my walking breaks at work! emoticon

Glad to hear things are going well. I know what you mean....muscle soreness from putting something you love into your life can feel good.

Enjoy your weather, sweetie! It's v-e-r-y lightly snowing outside my work window right now!! Fortunately it waited until I got here before starting!!
