Be mindful, don't run away from your goals and wants. Make sure you take care of your body 1st, and all your needs will fall into place. This isn't easy, but I'm one that will make it look easy, but give you the truth when this (shuff) gets hard. This is my journey. Your welcome to follow me.
I eat raw daily. It's a must in my life. "Now"
I can step away and enjoy a weekend with the family and friends. 1 meal only, it's not a binge fest. I will only binge of veggies and water.
I use to be able to order sweet tea and drink it all, and now I don't. I can't even get 4oz of the stuff down now. TOO SWEET. This has been going on for a month and a half now.
I will try to have 1 meat day out of the week, if not 1 but sometimes 2. If i do more than 2 I will make sure I'll only have 2 during the following week, and save the meat (days for saturday & sunday.
I eat almonds, and all type of other nuts.
I love dried fruits as a "Sugar treat" give it a try if you are a candy freak like me.
I have not had a cookie in over 4 months.
I'm not going to eat "RED" meat anymore. Only white meat.
I love chicken wings, and I won't go too far from that.
Breakfast starts off with yogurt and water around 24oz first thing in the morning. Also! I have within an hour after that or 2 my first raw snack. Celery & carrots. My next raw snack is bell pepper (only)
Around 1 I'll have a smoothie.
Around 5-6 I'm eating a large servings of veggies.
Water vs. Time to eat rule.
Drink water first 8oz before any meal. This helps cut back on calories in. Also, it will stop those signals if you wasn't hungry in the first place.
Try to reach for water first. It really does work.
I've learnt that most of my cravings for food is a craving for water..
AND WATER ONLY!
