Maybe it was getting through the full moon and solar flares, or winning the blue bear or starting back at yoga or........ maybe it was making my bed this morning.....but today I feel less anxious than I have felt in three weeks. I feel back on track.
My eating has been a bit tenuous (I spell checked this word
) of late. I have felt out of sync. But today I felt "right". Followed my eating plan, walked over lunch to get away from my desk, and walked 'for real' after work.
I guess this in one of those "lessons learned". Hang in there, don't give up, stick with the plan, act as if....and things will get back on track.
