I got a good start with this week’s goal of 15+ minutes of exercise each day. Today I started my day with 5 levels of “balance” AKA Tai Chi on Kinect’s Self Defense. It’s only 18 minutes, but at 06:45, that’s a lot for me. I got a request to play Kinect Adventures from a friend I haven’t played with before. It was funny; we both kept avoiding each other’s avatars so we didn’t hit each other…we weren’t even in the same side of the state. Can you TELL I’m not used to playing online anymore? I wrapped up the afternoon with a 30 minute walk with my daughter and my parents’ two dogs.
After coming home we made a new recipe, which didn’t turn out well at all (and that's an understatement). I ate half a serving, and then tried to figure out what else to eat to attain today’s goals. I really WANT to reach my calorie intake, not to mention the rest of them, but I don’t have it in me to eat what it would take today. Decided not to worry about it as it was pretty late and I was no longer hungry.

I did meet my goals for fat, cholesterol, and potassium. I was over on sodium. I fell short on calories, carbs, protein, fiber, and calcium.
