Signed up for Biggest Loser challenge at my gym! Very excited this will motivate me working out with others and weighing in every Monday. It starts today. I weighed in at 157 lbs with 33.9% body fat I am at the end of the range for body fat for my 40s age group My goal is to reduce my body fat and my weight. the challenge is 8 weeks. Would love to get down to 145lbs and 27% body fat lets see here we go.
