Well, I have been a so-so Sparker! On Again - Off Again. I know I have to sign in every day, log my food everyday, see what everyone else is doing, read the success stories and participate to be successful. I hardly ever blog. Maybe I need to do it more to let my issues go into print instead of letting them get to me and then find I am eating not for nutrition but for comfort or just for something to do.
Today I made a chart for the remainder to March to record my weight every day (hopefully to see it go down), I've recored my food, I've huddled, sent some messages, and am feeling positive. If I can do this everyday I feel I can be on the road to a successful weight loss.
I would love to give support and to get support. Spark People are the best and I look forward to reading your success stories, sending a little encouragement for those in need, and traveling this journey with you.
