Need to change things up. I have been at a stand still. New goals are,
15,000 steps for at least 5 days a week
10,000 steps for two. That is 95,000 steps a week. That is an average of 13,571 steps a day. This will be easier when the weather is nicer, like this week. We will see.
Will still walk 1 mile a day, or maybe soon ride my bike for over 2, minimum.
Got Jillian's 30 day shred. Did it 2 days last week. Fell on the ice, so my knee was messed up. But now I am working to make it 5 days a week. Before that, I did Zumba. Changing things up to tease all the muscles. I have other DVD's to do too.
The funny thing is, when I really work hard, like last week, I gained a pound. I know, that is my muscles healing and absorbing water or whatever. So we will see what happens. But this is a life style change up, and life does get in the way. I might not make all my goals every week, or every day, things happen. But that is OK. I know I have lost inches. Maybe at the end of April I will measure again to see how much.
Oh, and guess what. One of my original goals was to fit in a snowmobile suit that I just loved and outgrew. I tried it on a couple of weeks ago, when we got all that snow, and it FIT!!! With room to spare!! Woo Hoo for me.
One last thing. Today marks my 5 year anniv. for quitting smoking.
