After really not focusing on anything in February (even with my goals) or early March, then going on a trip for work and enjoying the local fare in Charleston SC with abandon and gaining 5lbs while I was there, it's a complete emergency for goal-setting. I'm doing the Shakeology 3-Day reset "cleanse" (message me for more info) and starting to really enjoy the Tropical Strawberry Shakeology. I think the chocolate will always be my favorite, but it's nice to have an alternative since I'm not thrilled with the Greenberry- it's okay, but not my taste.
For the rest of March:
daily devotional (and encourage/help my kids to do theirs)
10 minutes of exercise a day- ST or cardio
LOTS of water
at least 2 runs a week
read for at least 15 minutes, 5 nights a week- my books; the kids' books don't count towards that 15 minutes
It's that simple.
