Sunday, began my 4th day doing The Simple Diet. For those you who may not know, The Simple Diet is.....SIMPLE. It consists of drinking 3 meal replacement shakes (Slim Fast, Special K, etc.), eating 2 pre-packaged meals (Healthy Choice, Smart Ones, Lean Cuisine, etc.), 5-6 servings of fruits and veggies (aka fruggies), and drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. See, simple. That's Phase 1. I started this diet on Thursday at 315.6 lbs. I weighed around 8 P.M. on Sunday night and I was at 310.1. So, for three days on the diet I lost 5.5 lbs. Not too bad. I plan on doing it for at least a month. Wonder what my results will be by then... So far, so good. I am not hungry, not craving anything, or any of the usual pitfalls I encounter. I haven't done any real exercising yet because of my foot. I think I will try to start an exercise program around Wednesday as long as my foot doesn't give me any problems. I walked a bit on Saturday morning but other than that, nothing. If you're doing The Simple Diet, let me know how far along you are and what your results are. I am open to any tips.
