Fitness goal for the week.

In preparation of my first 5k in May, and thanks to BusyBuggy for motivating me to get off the treadmill, I've set a fitness goal this week.

GOAL: three thirty - forty five min outdoor pavement sessions this week. I'll try your walk five jog five three times and then come home and use the mileage tracker to see how far I went. This seems reasonable.
