Reasons I want to lose weight:

1. I want to be healthier so I can live life to the fullest
2. I want to try on clothes and look good in them
3. I want to feel confident about the way I look
4. I want to lower my cholesterol to normal range
5. I want to stop hiding behind the camera and be in more family pictures
5. I want to be able to stay active and prevent weight-related health issues
6. I want to have flatter abs and get my belly button back :)
7. I want to be a positive role model for my family and future grandchildren
8. I want to be fit and strong
9. I want to inspire others to make healthy living a priority

Am I up for the challenge? YES! Look at all the reasons to succeed. I CAN do this!
