Well I started back to my pre-illness workout routine this morning. I did pretty well overall even though my stamina isn't what it was before I got my cold. I think I'll be working on that this week and making sure to rest as well.
DH got up and went for a run this morning. I was so proud of him. I took a walk behind him since running outside isn't something I have ever been able to do without injuring myself. I admit to being a klutz but I also know that with a lifetime of knee and ankle problems some things just aren't a fit for me. I'll stick to my workout DVDs instead and cheering him on from way behind.
