Sunday is my lazy day. One thing I am grateful for is I am disciplined in my eating. I have gotten to the point that I have the right kind of snacks in my house and I am tracking everything that I eat. I do not do any cardio on Sundays but I do rest after coming in from church.
Tracking my food on Spark is a great way to keep me focus on my goal.
I am glad that my lazy day is not an over indulging day.
