So it was a rough week for desire to exercise....Mainly cardio. On the positive side I managed to watch my meals and do some of the strength exercises. By Friday I was back on track and planning meals for the weekend.
Today my biggest accomplishment was making a plan to eat out for breakfast. I looked up several similar dishes and added them to my tracker to make a comparison. When I got to the restaurant I knew I would make choices based on that info. I was able to enjoy my favorites without guilt or feeling hungry. I brought home left overs! I updated my tracker to reflect my choices and I was totally within my ranges.
