Okay so the results of the Saturday workout that I made up are ZELCH.........!!!! Why, you ask because I didnt even attempt it. Not only that but I went home and ate some dill pickle lays potato chips, a salad (go figure) and 1 oreo cookie for dinner. SABOTAGE!!! So what am I gonna do??????? Well, I have no choice but to do the work out today, of course. All is not lost I wanted to incorporate one more day of exercise into my weekend and the weekend isn't over yet. I'm not gonna get myself down I just gotta keep it moving. Also gonna blacken up some tilapia and eat some lentils and brown rice for dinner today. So atleast I have a plan, now number one goal is to stick with it. Atleast I'm being honest about it, right????? Well hopefully my blog will look a lot different tomorrow. I am happy , I am healthy and I feel terrific!!!!
