So, last time I posted I was within a pound of my goal weight. I have now put 15 lbs back on and am feeling very frustrated with myself. Dealing with family and job stresses as well as financial stresses. So busy, there is not a whole lot of time for excercise. My question is, how do I force myself to make the right food choices? Daytime is okay, because, as a kindergarten teacher I am constantly busy. When I come home is the issue. I munch all evening on bad foods! Any suggestions would be appreciated!
