Well today I had to go get another Hep A and B shot for my trip to Africa. Was really dreading this. But the doctor I had this time really new how to give needles so they don't hurt. Except at the end I bled a little. Now that hurt. The doctor took a cotton cloth thing and was wiping the blood off and he pressed so dang hard oh did that hurt. I was ready to strangle the guy. Oi. But so far no side effects like last time. Then we were late for my hair appointment. Then after that we went to a thrift store and I found a pair of rain boots that fit my feet. Amazing! Only a dollar too! Also my daughter needed new winter boots. The ones she has has holes in them. But no one right now is selling winter boots. But I found a big size there for her in a colour she likes and in a really warm brand too! We sure lucked out. They were selling all winter boots for a dollar. So for $2.10 we had 2 newer pairs of shoes! Only thing wrong with them is they need to be wiped down. Then from there we went to Costco for hotdogs for lunch. Then wandered around the store. Then off to Toys r Us to browse. Well we did buy two little things. I am buying a few little gifts for the kids to open while I am away in Africa. Then after that we came home. Kids played outside in the warm beautiful weather. I just kind of bummed around inside. Hubby check our attic for water leaking and for pesky squirrels. Squirrel's have decided to move into our attic. Blasted all. So as it was so warm yesterday we figure they came out for the day then hubby closed up all the holes around the house where we think they are getting in. I pray we got all the right holes. We will soon find out. Then hubby had the idea to cook our dinner over a campfire. He took sausage and wrapped bacon around it and cooked it like wieners and also cooked a piece of chicken on a grill placed over the fire. I don't like fire's in the winter time even on warm days. I still get cold. But my hubby loves being outside and loves campfires. Then after supper it was time for kids to go to bed. It takes awhile to build the fire then cook over it. Then after that hubby and I watched a couple of shows and went to bed. Today is the day that the Lord hath made I will be glad and rejoice in it! Have a wonderful relaxing Sunday. Blessings!
