I recently updated my page and these are the goals I have listed for myself:
* Be sexy-ER by summer. lol
* Get below 220 lbs.
* Be at 270 by June 1, 2012. (-42.1 lbs)
* Be 250 by August 17, 2012 (my birthday) (-20.0 lbs)
* Be 220 or below by December 31, 2012. (-30.0+ lbs)
* Total weight loss goal for the year - 92.1 lbs
I have been wanting to get down to 220 lbs since forever. That was my goal weight when I first started SparkPeople. I don't rightfully know where the number came from but that's what popped into my head. Maybe it came from me not wanting to be a stick figure. At my height, 220 is not a bad weight. Heck, compared to 338.8, 220 is an AWESOME weight! I set my goals the way I did because I know the weight will come off faster in the beginning. I may not make the August goal of 250 but I'm going to definitely shoot for it. If not, I have 4 months to drop over 30 lbs and make up the difference. At 2-3 lbs a week I should be at 32-48 lbs in 4 months so that is definitely doable. I'm sick of setting goals and not finishing them. I'm starting a workout regime on Monday. I had a recent accident where I cut my foot and had to get stitches so I am making sure it is good and healed before I start anything strenuous. At any rate, I am focused and ready to drop these lbs.
