C25K W1D3 wish It was better!

Today was not as great I had a hard time I did not take my dog and my legs hurt I had a hard time keeping my breath but I am ok with all of this because it is way more than I could have done a year ago!!!! So I am happy with how far I have came.

I am going to be repeating Week 1 and I think I will repeat it until I can do it all the way through!!!

    I'm going to get on that spark team in a couple of weeks and start that program. I love that you're going to repeat as it'll help with your stamina and conditioning! I also love that you know your goals and you're "running" yourself to success!
