It's easy to get burnt out in our over-scheduled lives. Luckily, there are lots of ways to recharge our batteries on a daily basis. Laughing, for instance, can actually make you feel better mentally and physically. “Laughter is the ultimate energizer, as it increases circulation and 'happy hormones' (endorphins) throughout your body,” says Kimberly Kingsley, a counselor, energy coach and author of How to Recharge Your Life 30 Seconds at a Time. So try to get in some giggles daily. Rent a funny movie, spend time with someone who cracks you up, read comic strips or just tell a joke.

Laughing is exercise and is considered internal jogging by some experts. When you laugh, your body moves blood to your heart and lungs, boosting your energy level and making you feel better instantly.
