I have been trying to make the meal planner as daily activity to myself and looking closer all the tools the site provides to be able to make the most of them...hmm, I think the meal planner really is useful, I just realised that it is great tool when you come up with the question what to eat today? So by adding the ingredients in advance to the list you start to realize your sources of fibre, fats and carbs as well as proteins. For me to make the plan before going to make my groceries I safe myself for bad choices.
