what happens when you fall off the spark wagon?

Saturday, March 10, 2012

For me what has happened this past month is as follows- I've gained 4 pounds, but I've lost inches. I am muffin top heavy and need to work on my middle.
I've been stressed at work beyond belief and I've made bad choices with my breakfast. Did you know BK serves tater tot hash brown things? Never mind.

Anyway, time to wake up earlier, make better choices and not eat stress!

    Yeah your here!

Sorry about the weight gain. Could some of it be muscle because it does weigh more than fat and that may be why the inches have dropped. If that is the case then you are doing fine.

Keep at it.

You get back up and try it again. I'm glad to know that you're losing and I hope that motivates you enough to keep at it.

Making bad food choices I'm sure has happen to most of us but you don't allow that to cause you beat yourself up about. Keep at it and I'm sure it will all work out.

Congrats on the loss of inches! I think the wagon stops by every 20min, so hop on, put your seatbelt on and enjoy the ride! No shame in 4lbs gained. The only shame would be if you allow yourself to stay off the wagon when there's so many willing hands to help you back on! Will be watching for your victory post for when you lose those 4lbs again!

That's not a bad fall at all! I know it feels pretty sucky, but if you get right back on that wagon those 4 pounds and more will come right off again! Congratulations on losing inches!! :)

Wagons are like horses. Brush yourself off and get back on (I wonder if we can take exercise credit for getting back on the wagon).Give yourself some credit and continue losing those inches, girl!

The wagon stopped for you to get back on!

I am glad to hear you're losing inches, and 4 pounds isn't awful.

My best to you and yours!
