Everything is down. My cholesterol, my blood pressure, my jeans.
I had a physical in the middle of my whining about that bad scale, and I turned out to be in better health than in years.
Really, my thought with joining here was to lose weight. I never even considered the side effects. At my age (76) I thought the best thing would be if I maintained.
And about my jeans: I wore them all day, glad that they didn't choke me anymore. But when I undressed at night, I forgot they were jeans with a button and zipper, and just pulled them down!
So far, after 25 ugly pounds gone, I have lost inches, gained energy, and am very healthy. I now promise to be more attentive to all the good advice located on this site, and continue to improve, and some day, every one of us will be perfect in every way!
