Today's assignment is to list all the reasons you want to lose weight. What do you want to change? How do you want to look? How do you want to feel? What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? And list all the OTHER things that you want to change!
I want to lose weight and be stronger.This will increase my health and well being.I am a 61 year old grandmother who wants to be active with her grandchildren and enjoy life to the fullest.
I want to be more active.I was quite active last year and sort of let that slide over the winter.This was a mild winter so I didn't shovel as much snow as in the two previous winters.I enjoy that aspect of winter although I hate driving in the snow.
I want to feel more enegetic.Thanks to not exercising much and gaining back some weight I feel rather sluggish.I don't like that feeling and will be changing it during this challenge.
Need to try harder to get in at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables.I will continue to get in 8-10 glasses of water.I have a nice 22 ounce covered insulated traveling tumbler that is great for drinking my water at home and away.There is an attached straw which is also great.I bought a set on QVC about a month ago and love them tumblers.
I also want my jeans to be loose once again.They have gotten rather snug over the winter.
Spring will soon be here so I am thinking ahead to my spring clothes.I want to be able to wear them comfortably and not have them be snug too!
