Spring Challenge

The 5% Spring Challeange is getting ready to start on Saint Pattys Day and I am ready. Why - I am tired of spinning my wheels. I am ready to Spring forward and march on to a healthier body and lifestye.

Since the beginning of the year I have been slowly laying the groundwork. I have bought the Spark Cook Book and am reading it. I am ready to start cooking healthier and more natural.

I have joined the running revolution. This is a commitment to run at least 3 times a week. I am ready!!

Why do I want to do all of this. I want to be healthy for myself, my son, my grandchildren, and to keep up with ny very active adult daughters. I don't want to be left behind in the dust. So bring it on - I am ready to loose some weight!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    I just realized I never got my invitation! I guess I'm not a butterfly anymore. A little sad, but I know it was just a mistake AND one less challenge thread to follow so not all bad.
