Hey sparklers! I realized recently that I really really need to update again about my hormone implants! As one of my fellow spark people pointed out, it's been a long time! I guess I haven't blogged much about it for so long because I really haven't had any problems with it. It has come through on just about every promise it made. The only thing I am disappointed in is that it did absolutely nothing to boost my metabolism, but I am now drinking a kind of herbal coffee that seems to help a little and has helped a few people I know lose some weight (the other cool thing about it is it has relieved me of virtually all my lower back pain too and done some amazing things for other people....if you want to know more about it, my guy and I sell it, so let me know... it's kind of amazing!)
It's just that the other stuff that hrc does makes it all worth it even though I still haven't been able to lose much weight. I've been fluctuating forEVER between 201 and 205 and can't seem to get back to ONEderland, but I am just going to keep taking good care of myself, keep working out and try to take it one pound at a time. Amor vie has made me feel YOUNG again. It has made me feel SEXY again. It has virtually rid me of all those post-hysterectomy discomforts such as night sweats, shocking numbers of heart palpitations, and I don't ever have to FORCE myself to go to the gym anymore. If I had more time in my life I'd work out all the time! Testosterone has given me all of that desire to work out and tolerance for tough workouts back. (About 9 months ago, though I always ended up going, I practically had to pray to Jillian Michaels ten times a day to get myself to even drive over to the gym, which is a whopping 10 blocks away from my house.....)
So, in summary, I say, amor vie has given me what I needed. I would recommend it to anyone. Oh, and my fiance would, too. It seems while using this amor vie therapy, some other amazing things happened, too. Notice I said "fiance." Not only was my romance rejuvenated with hrc--it is now being upgraded to a marriage. We will marry this summer on a Jamaican island in July! I can't wait!
If you are suffering from menopause or surgically induced menopause, I want you to know that we women do not HAVE to suffer. Many hrc clinics will finance some of the expenses, that's how I did it. It took a bit of sacrifice with the rest of the money, but it was worth every penny.
Now, off to make plans for Jamaica, mon!!! :) Have a great weekend, everyone!!!
